hi. my name is jack and i’m an autistic qtpoc trying to immigrate. i’ve been in a bit of a financial crisis for a while now… you can read more about that at my youcaring at this link (here). i’m reposting both because my other post has lost traction and to update on my current situation

good news: my permanent residency application is finally in! all i can do is play the waiting game at this point but it’s a relief to have that settled. the bad news: i just had to pay the government $1,104 dollars in order to even submit my PR application. (proof: link 1, link 2, link 3)

now i only have $173 to my name (proof at link) and it’s the end of the month so i have to pay all my bills, including my mandatory $800 payment to the university (read above) and my $645 rent. that doesn’t include my medical bills, which are for my hormone replacement therapy and my upcoming medication/prescription for fibromyalgia

i’m not expecting to get everything i need but literally anything helps and i’m just scraping by trying to survive. i have two jobs right now that both pay above minimum wage and starting this week i’m basically going to be working every single day for 9 hour shifts so i’m doing what i can so no one has to help!
